To develop, promote and validate the ideas of young people in the field of entrepreneurship;
To assist the competent state authorities in the formulation of public policy related to the shaping of youth policy aimed at innovative entrepreneurship and the implementation of European policies;
To create contacts between young people, both at home and abroad, encouraging the development of their entrepreneurial spirit;
To support the exchange of experiences and information between young people and mentors and the entrepreneurial community;
To undertake and develop all initiatives related to entrepreneurial culture;
To support the development of information technology and scientific innovation;
To stimulate the development of start-ups by finding partners, funding and providing experience and good business practices;
To support and encourage the entrepreneurship of young people and to stimulate social entrepreneurship, by which is meant combining the ingenuity of non-traditional entrepreneurship with the specific goal of changing society;
To apply for and absorb funds from local, national and international programmes;
To establish business programs that will be leased for use by young entrepreneurs;
Initiate dialogue to assess, shape and implement policies to develop an environment for young entrepreneurs;
To increase the knowledge of the Bulgarian entrepreneurship about the possibilities of preparing projects for financing, their justification and implementation;
To participate in the preparation of projects under the European Structural Funds, Operational Programmes and other programmes, both independently and jointly with other NGOs, municipalities, participation in public-private partnerships (PPP) as a partner, beneficiary, contractor and subcontractor, etc.;
To attract expertise to develop and implement successful university entrepreneurship projects related to public and private investment.
